For years I suffered from self-hatred and was consumed with thoughts of how fat I was!

One week I was on some crazy crash diet, and the next week I was binge eating!

In my twenties, I shared an apartment with three 6 foot tall models who worked on an Australian game show. One night on a particular sweltering summers Saturday my room mates invited the TV crew over for a party.  
"As I heard them arriving I locked myself in the bathroom and I looked 
in the mirror with disgust!

I grabbed hold of my stomach full of fat and pinch myself so hard until it hurt!"

I just loathed myself so much and kept thinking to myself

I was struck with fear as I thought about facing the people at the party and to make matters worse all my summer clothes were just too tight!
